Time Line
Annually or continually
Gather names or business cards of various vendors that might want to have a booth at the All Breed Show.

Coordinate with Board the fees to be charged for the spaces. Commercial Booth space for 2 days:
10 x 10 booth $120.00
10 x 2- booth $240.00
10 x 30 booth $360.00

There are some specialties on Friday and the vendor is invited to set up Friday morning at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Prior arrangements need to be made to do so.
January
Write or email vendors to solicit their business. Ask if they want a page in the Premium List. If so, notify the Show Chair so the information can be included in the submission of information to the Superintendent for the Premium List.
Information that needs to be included in invitation:

Must have Fire Extinguisher.

Must have California Resale license.

Absolutely no Alcohol or Smoking on the School Grounds.

Reservation includes Day of Show Parking Pass.

No electrical power will be provided.

Overnight Parking Form with rates will be provided.

Deadline is June 30.

Make checks Payable to DMKC.

Must pay in advance.
Decide what return address to use. Either personal or DMKC PO Box 163, Pebble Beach, CA

Send list of vendors and their requests to the Grounds Chair so a layout may be created.
Get a copy of the layout so if questions arise you will have the information.

Submit checks to treasurer.
Submit expense form to treasurer.
Day before and Day of Show
Personally greet each vendor and make sure their needs are being met.

Send report to Show Chair.
