Ring Set Up
This person(s) is responsible for setting up and taking down the rings each day and supplying all of the items needed. The rings need to be setup by 7:30 am.
Time Line

Wednesday before the show or when convenient, inventory the judges' boxes and purchase items needed. Check the storage locker for supplies from past shows
The black ring boxes will contain: rubber bands, band aids, pencil, paper clips, small scissors, hand sanitizers and note paper.
- Small white wicker baskets contain hard candies
- Blue plastic basket for hand sanitizers/wipes
- Get tablecloths for each table, place judge's box, white baskets with hard candy and hand sanitizer at each ring.
9 tables for conformation, 3 tables for rally/obedience, 4 tables for superintendent. Superintendent has a small white overlay with the club logo.
Day of Show
- Have paper towels to wipe down tables if wet from dew
- Get tablecloths for each table, place judge's box, white baskets with hard candy and hand sanitizer at each ring.
9 tables for conformation, 3 tables for rally/obedience, 4 tables for superintendent. Superintendent has a small white overlay with the club logo.
- Check with Obedience, sometimes they have their own cloths and judges' boxes and set up the night before.
Need members to help
- Tables have to be ready by 7:30 am (Show begins at 8:00 am)
- Another person maybe helpful due to time constraints.
