July

• Call and confirm reservations

• Create plot plan showing the location of tents, potties, electric tower, waste dumpsters and sandwich board directional signs.

• Confer with vendor chair the number of vendors and their location.

• Send copy of all Contracts to the Treasure.r

Thursday before show

• Help set up directional signs

• Make certain NO SMOKING signs are placed prominently in view.

• Use landscape spray to mark vendor locations.

• Start to set up trash boxes.

• Large boxes are from Home Depot

• Use large Construction black plastic bags

• Use large black clips to hold plastic bags to cardboard boxes.

• Set out poop buckets and scoopers

During Show

• Empty garbage boxes and replace with new bags as needed.

• Have pick-up tongs to pick up trash during the show.
