Media

This position requires someone to interact with the Media: Newspapers,Television and all other Social Media.

Time Line

Several months before show, coordinate with Graphics and Show Publicity when poster and flyer will be created. These items will be needed to send to the various outlets. Send an email with show information and the poster/flyer to all local newspapers several weeks before the show.

• Create a list of contacts for:

• Carmel Pine Cone

• The Weekly

• KSBW

• Facebook

• Other Social Media

Day of Show or Before

• Some TV or newspaper reporters want to come on Friday.

• Be prepared to meet and greet TV crews or newspaper reporters. If not comfortable with interviewing, arrange for a club members to be on call for this job.
