Pre Paid Parking

This position will accept funds and return passes to exhibitors. All of the activity will be performed before the show.

Prepaid Parking for All Breed Shows and Trials

• 3 day prepaid pass (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) $30.00

• 2 day prepaid pass ($20.00)

• Day of Show at gate ($10.00) No in and out privileges

Time Line

• March

• Send to assistant Show Chair information about prepaid parking for inclusion in the Premium List.

• Send to webmistress information to post on site

• April

• Coordinate with Day of Show Parking, color for each pass and fee

• Have all passes needed printed at the same time and give remaining to Day of Show Parking for their use.

• See Day of Show Parking page for number to order

• May though June 30

  • Checks will be sent to the lead and he/she will in turn mail a parking pass to the exhibitors.

  • Make a master list of all that have paid and give to the front gate at beginning of show

  Write up sample description for inclusion Premium List

  Print passes using templates. Each pass has its own color.

  200 Friday, 200 Saturday. 500 Sunday. 20 vendor

  Think about changing from day to number. Such as 1 day pass, 2 day pass, 3 day pass

  Friday Pass (acts as a 1 day pass)

  Saturday Pass (acts as two day pass)

  Sunday Pass (acts as three day pass)

  Vendor Pass

  Member Pass

  Judge Pass

  Officials and boosters will be provided the three day pass.
