Ring Decorations

4 white planter boxes are placed in the center of the ring for group judging.

Time Line

Week before show, shop for the plants. Sometimes nurseries will rent the plants, but after 4 days at the show site they are pretty ragged. It is easier to see if there is a member that needs some landscape plants and might be willing to purchase them.

• It should be a green plant with or without flowers but have a designation of the group placement, such as a ribbon or flower color.

• There are 4 white fiberglass planters in storage. They will hold a 5 gallon plant.

Expenses

Plants can run around $25 – $35 each.
