Specialties
Chair works in close contact with Show Chair to provide assistance to all of the Breed clubs that want to have an independent Specialty with our show.
Time Line
Collects the names from the Show Chair of all the breed clubs that would like to hold a Specialty or Support an entry.
Gathers the names of all our judges in both conformation and obedience. This list is sent to the clubs to see if they want any of our judges (conformation or obedience) for their specialty on Friday,
Create form to collect information for the Premium List. Information deadline should be late February. Pad the date as there are always procrastinators.The PL goes to MB-F in mid March.

Include Officers, special trophies, sweepstakes: judge and ages (veteran and puppy) and any other information etc.

Find out the number of tables and chairs needed for their ring

Check with signage chair to get laminated signs to mark the individual tents that will be used for their specialty.

Create a site plan or get the one from the signage chair to show locations of the rings and that club's placement.

Introduce yourself to each contact person to see if all of their needs have been met.
Troubleshot any last minute concerns i.e. need for more tables or chairs etc.
Day before and Day of Show
