Time Line

• Several weeks before show make a reservation for the truck. We have used Penske recently as Budget didn't want to rent for in town use.

• Reserve a sixteen foot 16' truck with hydraulic lift.

• Wednesday before Show go to Storage locker with truck.

• Sunday load truck and return to storage locker.

Need members to help

• Will need people to help load on Wednesday at the storage locker. Truck is then driven to Carmel Middle School then locked and left. The key needs to be left with someone close by if transportation chair can not come back on Thursday morning.

• Sunday the truck is loaded and driven to storage locker and unloaded.

It is then returned to the rental location. Will need someone to take driver back to their car.

Expenses expected

• Estimate $450

• Charged on member's credit card and reimbursed by treasurer or have treasurer call and charge on personal card. (The club does not have a credit card)

• Truck has to be returned with a full tank of gas.

Other considerations

• There is a long neck lock in the storage unit for use on the back of the truck. The combination should be 1924

• Need to find someone to drop you off at the rental location.

• Sign up for the insurance offered.

• Need to find people to load on Wednesday night at the storage locker. Usually 6 people will be enough.

• It helps if there is a checklist of everything that needs to be loaded.

• Thursday morning the truck needs to be unlocked so other members can get their supplies.

• Sunday need people to help load at the school.

• Drive to storage unit

• Sunday need people to help unload at the storage locker.

• Truck needs to be sweep clean before returning to rental site.

• Need a driver to pick you up from rental location and return to your car.
